Administration of a single dose of methylphenidate (Ritalin) significantly improved attention in MS patients with considerable attention deficit. This was the conclusion of a very small study - but probably worth bringing to your neurologist's attention if you are having problems with your attention.

I was sent a link to this site, which has a discussion of why MS and Lyme might be caused by the same underlying cause. Not sure what to make of it, but some of you may find it of interest.
